Unabashed Vol 1 is a 64-page, photographic and poetry book exploring the queer male body as a site of desire, tension, and tenderness.
Through nude portraiture, poetry, and fragments of text, this work extends my ongoing practice – investigating intimacy, eroticism, and the sacred through light, form, and gaze.
Created in collaboration with gay male models, the images are not performances, but moments of presence. Sensual without spectacle, erotic without apology.
This is not a magazine of perfection. It is one of bodies, shadows, textures, and questions. A soft archive of flesh, feeling, and light.

Grindr Date
Grindr Date is a hand-made, limited-edition photography zine by UK-based artist Nico Giannoulis. The publication consists entirely of black-and-white nude photography and explores the male body through the concept of sexless sex – intimacy constructed through sequencing, gesture, and bodily presence rather than interpersonal sexual interaction.
The work originates from an encounter arranged via Grindr and is structured as a concertina-bound sequence that mirrors the internal phases of sexual experience: anticipation, undressing, exposure, self-touch, lubrication, masturbation, ejaculation, and post-release stillness. While no sexual acts between people are depicted, the zine contains explicit imagery, including photographs of the phallus, penis, bum, and semen, presented as part of an intentional and reflective visual narrative.
The zine contains 14 pages, measures 6.5 × 10.5 cm, emphasizing intimacy, tactility, and private viewing. It is packaged in a sheer organza pouch, referencing the aesthetics of transparency and underwear while reinforcing the object’s sensual and collectible nature.
